Central to the Beyond Walls project and the vision of all partners involved (Beyond Walls CIC, Ulster University, Fetzer Institute) has been the commitment to strengthen the impact of the film through the development of a range of complementary educational resources. A database of extensive audio-visual materials gathered during production will become available on this website through the months of Post-Production. These materials will be based on the series of in-depth reflective workshops held in South Africa, Northern Ireland, Israel-Palestine (2013-2014) as well as the envisaged follow-up interviews and filming (2016).

The website will thus become a treasure trove of accessible, hard-won practical wisdom regarding the promise and the pitfalls of conflict transformation. Extensive workshop and interview transcripts and multiple short films contain down-to-earth, authentic stories of humanization from three high profile conflict zones. The website materials will therefore have huge potential to support international educational activities at secondary and tertiary levels, as well as adult education in community settings.
